SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION FORM

Wicked Camp Registration 

​June 10th, 17th, 24th, & July 1st
Ages 3-4 years: 5:00-6:15 pm ($110) plus $10 registration fee*** 
Ages 5-7 years: 6:15-7:45 pm ($120) plus $10 registration fee

Camp will include dance, tumbling, crafts, t-shirt, and parent showings.

Pop Star Camp Registration

July 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th
Ages 3-4 years: 5:00-6:15 pm ($110) plus $10 registration fee
Ages 5-7 years: 6:15-7:45 pm ($120) plus $10 registration fee

Camp will include dance, tumbling, crafts, t-shirt, and parent showings.

Includes both camps
Ages 3-4 years: $210 plus $10 registration fee
​Ages 5-7 years: $230 ​plus $10 registration fee
